A rare parcel, that begun by purchasing a large corner house in the prime South London Lewisham, the house included a extension to the rear, and a garage on the side road.
After obtaining permission to add an additional floor on top, and to convert the house into three apartments, whilst the rear extension had a separate unit within, this turned the corner house into a FOUR apartment block.
We knocked on to the neighbours house, acquiring their property and its garage on the side road neighbouring our garage. After short negotiations, we completed the purchase, and immediately applied for permission to convert the neighbouring house into THREE separate apartments. After obtaining the planning, we developed the apartments.
At this stage, we applied to the Local Authority for permission to create TWO town houses on the two garages… After successfully obtaining such, we developed the modern new build houses.
This project left us with a parcel of NINE separate units, some of which have been sold off and some are tenanted generating a lovely income
